Our Services
CCRS delivers solvent reclaiming, processing support, facility operations, and technical expertise backed by over 35 years of proven industry experience.
CCRS SERVICES
SOLVENT RECLAIMING FOR ENHANCED CARBON CAPTURE
ENHANCED CARBON CAPTURE
CCRS uses patented and proprietary vacuum distillation technology that can be integrated with existing carbon capture systems. A major advantage of this technology is its ability to remove a wide range of contaminants, not just Heat Stable Salts (HSS), helping improve overall system performance and efficiency.
DEDICATED UNITS
CCRS brings over 35 years of technical experience, giving clients the confidence to evaluate permanent reclaimer systems as part of their facility’s amine plant design.
SOLVENT RECLAIMING FOR REFINERIES, GAS PLANTS, & PETROCHEMICALS
REFINERIES & GAS PLANTS
Ethanolamines, physical solvents, and glycols are key treating chemicals used throughout natural gas processing, refining, and petrochemical operations around the world. CCRS can restore these systems to near-new condition, helping improve performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
MOBILE UNITS
CCRS provides mobile vacuum distillation reclaiming services that bring solvent purification directly to your facility. Our on-site processing units reduce downtime, lower solvent replacement costs, and minimize waste, making them an ideal solution for refineries, gas plants, and carbon capture applications.
FIXED FACILITY SYSTEMS
CCRS operates a permanent processing facility in Brooks, Alberta, Canada, licensed for 1,000,000 liters with full all weather operating capabilities.
CENTRIFUGES
CCR Services provides centrifuge-based separation support for solvent systems containing suspended solids, degradation byproducts, hydrocarbons, corrosion products, and other process contaminants. Centrifugation can help improve solvent cleanliness, reduce fouling, support downstream reclaiming performance, and extend solvent life by removing insoluble material before it contributes to operating issues or system inefficiencies.
ANALYTICAL SERVICES
SOLVENT QUANTIFICATION & MONITORING
CCR Services provides solvent quantification and monitoring support to help operators understand the condition, composition, and performance of their treating solutions. Through analytical testing and ongoing review, CCR Services can identify contamination, degradation products, cross-contamination, and changes in solvent quality before they negatively impact system performance, corrosion control, energy balance, or environmental compliance.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
CCR Services’ Analytical and R&D Laboratory supports the development, evaluation, and optimization of solvent purification and reclaiming solutions for amines, glycols, physical solvents, and emerging carbon capture applications. Backed by 35+ years of operating experience, CCR Services can assess new separation challenges, evaluate customer-specific solvent issues, and support practical solutions for improving solvent life, recovery, and system reliability.
